Recipe from Tea A Magazine

I created a Martini drink in 2005 called Persian Lime Martin(i). Here is a Green Tea Martini drink recipe (Tea A Magazine, summer 2011) by Cynthia Gold:

  • 2 ounces Green Tea Vodka
  • 1/2 ounce peach schnapps
  • 1 dried peach / apricot, or 1 teaspoon dried cranberries, for garnish
  1. Shake the vodka and peach schnapps vigorously in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with the dried fruit.
