I created a Martini drink in 2005 called Persian Lime Martin(i). Here is a Green Tea Martini drink recipe (Tea A Magazine, summer 2011) by Cynthia Gold:
- 2 ounces Green Tea Vodka
- 1/2 ounce peach schnapps
- 1 dried peach / apricot, or 1 teaspoon dried cranberries, for garnish
- Shake the vodka and peach schnapps vigorously in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with the dried fruit.
